Independent StudyDuring my last year at college I was able to dig deeper into my pottery practice with an independent study which enabled me to work individually and on my own time.
I continued to experiment with wax resist, textured rims , and ellipse shaped vases. I also focused on altering thrown pots, using tools for texture (both subtractive and additive) and began throwing bigger forms on the wheel. During this time I used frustration as a tool and embraced any mistake made. |
